We have been having troubles with her for awhile now...ok since birth really. She stopped nursing at only 2 weeks!?!?! Doctors thought it was Acid Reflex and she has been on two different medications for it. She spits up so much we are not sure how is gaining weight. She started spiting up brown specs in her spit up. They also thought she was allergic to milk and soy and so far skin tests came back negative yet we have not heard back on the blood tests (we are guessing negative though). She has been on normal formula, spit-up formula, soy formula, colic formula, hypoallergenic formula and amino acid formula. She was the best on the amino acid formula but just not good enough to change it.
So today we had to go see a Pediatric Gastroenterologist which he wants to run a test at the hospital to see what her orgians look like. He also stopped her acid reflex medication saying it could be having the opposite effect on her. And he also increased the amount of rice cereal to put in her formula, to 1 tsp per ounce of formula (that is to try to keep the food down).
Lillian does have her sweet moments where she smiles but most of the time she is not the happiest. We are working on it!

I hope things get better soon and that something works. I think that would be the frustrating part for me, just not knowing what to do to make things better. Good luck. I love the pictures of Aiden. He is one funny kid. I hope the kitchen really does help occupy him so that he doesn't waste any more wipes.
